We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the UK.

Orders received before 1 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 1 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped on the next business day. In some cases, orders placed after 1 PM Monday to Friday or Saturday before 9 AM may still ship the same day — however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

• Orders up to £150 → Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. (Next-day delivery, not guaranteed.)
• Orders over £150 → Shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery and usually delivered before 1 PM next business day.
  (Note: Slight delays may occur for remote or specific geographical areas.)

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is completed. Tracking details will follow in a separate email (usually live by 6 PM on the day of dispatch).

Royal Mail Delivery & Collection

Royal Mail will automatically re-attempt delivery on the next working day after a failed attempt. If delivery fails again, your parcel will be held at your local delivery office for collection.

Orders sent via Tracked 24 may be delivered without a signature if no one is home and the parcel fits through the letterbox. The delivery officer will sign on your behalf, capture a photo, and log GPS coordinates as proof of delivery.
