Every MobilesWholesale product includes a mandatory minimum 12-month warranty, with some merchants offering even longer coverage depending on the item.
In addition to statutory refund rights, all merchants on MobilesWholesale provide a 30-day return and trial period from the date of delivery.
Within this 30-day period, any product may be returned for any reason, with return shipping costs fully covered by the merchant.
If the customer requests a repair or exchange within the 30-day period, the trial period will automatically be extended to at least 14 days after receiving the repaired or replaced device.
Please note that repairs or exchanges are only possible when the merchant is able to complete them within a reasonable timeframe. If a repair or replacement cannot be completed promptly, the customer will be fully refunded, provided that the returned product is undamaged and free from misuse.
The MobilesWholesale warranty covers all technical and manufacturing faults of the purchased product. The merchant guarantees to supply a device free from material, structural, or production defects based on the technical standards valid at the time of sale.
The issue must be proven to have originated at the time of purchase. Claims for consequential damage are valid only within applicable consumer protection laws.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and will be extended in the event of a repair or replacement.
Customers must report any product fault within one month of discovery and submit a valid proof of purchase (invoice) when filing a claim.
If a product is repaired or replaced:
