Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been completed.
You will receive tracking details in a separate email. Tracking may take a few hours to update (usually live by 6 PM on the day of dispatch).
Royal Mail will automatically re-attempt delivery on the next working day after a failed attempt.
If delivery is unsuccessful again, your parcel will be held at your local delivery office for collection. You can re-arrange delivery or choose a local Post Office collection via the Royal Mail website.
Orders sent via Tracked 24 may be delivered without signature if no one is home and the parcel fits through the letterbox. In this case, the delivery officer will sign on your behalf, take a photograph at the property, and log GPS coordinates as proof of delivery.
